Thank you for supporting Spaced Out Design. We take pride in creating unique, high-quality items and want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable.

Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery: Orders will be shipped VIA Bestway Carrier with tracking. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered successfully delivered.

Lost or Damaged Items: We carefully package every order to prevent damages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. While we cannot replace nonreplaceable items, we will review your submission and may offer a courtesy gesture at our discretion. 

If tracking shows your package as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds for claimed losses, as responsibility transfers to the carrier upon delivery.
