Shipping policy
Shipping:
Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days unless notified otherwise.
Standard U.S. Shipping: 5-7 business days.
Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1-3 business days.
All orders include tracking. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Once the Carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered to be delivered.
Returns or Damaged Items:
All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the unique, nonreplaceable nature of our items, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for damaged shipments.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos. While we cannot replace the items, we may offer a courtesy gesture at our discretion.
